These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of the Turismo online store and purchases made through it. In these terms, “Turismo”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the store operator; “you” and “your” refer to the customer or visitor. By using the store or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the store.

We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, colors, sizes and images accurately. Actual colors may vary depending on your device and display settings. Product availability, designs and specifications may change without notice. An item in your cart is not reserved until your order is confirmed.

When you place an order, you are making a request to purchase the selected products. We may contact you to verify order or delivery details. An order is accepted when we confirm it or dispatch the products. We may decline or cancel an order where an item is unavailable, information is inaccurate, a pricing or listing error has occurred, or we reasonably suspect misuse or fraud. If payment has already been received for a cancelled order, we will arrange an appropriate refund.

Prices are shown in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) unless stated otherwise. Applicable delivery charges and other costs will be shown or communicated before the order is finalized. Available payment methods may include cash on delivery and the payment methods displayed at checkout. For cash-on-delivery orders, payment is due to the delivery provider when the order is delivered. Please check the order summary before submitting your order.

We deliver to locations and under delivery conditions shown at checkout or communicated by our team. Delivery dates and timeframes are estimates and may be affected by location, carrier operations, weather, public holidays or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address and a reachable phone number. You are responsible for arranging receipt of the order and paying any applicable delivery charge shown before confirmation.

Returns, exchanges and order cancellations are handled according to the Returns & Exchanges policy published by Turismo. Please review that policy before ordering, including its eligibility requirements, time limits and instructions. Nothing in these terms is intended to remove any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law. Contact us promptly if your order arrives damaged, incorrect or incomplete.

Please provide accurate and current information when placing an order and keep your account details secure. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account, except where applicable law provides otherwise. We handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We use order and contact details to process purchases, arrange delivery, provide customer support and meet applicable obligations.

You must not use the store for unlawful purposes, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit misleading information, or infringe the rights of Turismo or another person. We may restrict access where we reasonably believe these terms have been breached or the store is at risk.

Store content, including text, graphics, branding, photographs and designs, is owned by or licensed to Turismo and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may view and use the content for personal, non-commercial shopping purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or commercially use it without prior written permission, except where permitted by law.

We may correct errors or update store content, product details, prices, availability and these terms from time to time. Changes to these terms take effect when posted on this page. The version in effect when an order is accepted will generally apply to that order, subject to applicable law.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Turismo is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the store or a delay or interruption outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, or affects rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

These terms are intended to be governed by the laws of Bangladesh, subject to any mandatory consumer protections and legal requirements that apply.
